The Rose and Crown is appreciated for its prime location, a short walk from Warwick Castle and the train station, making it easy to explore the area. Guests often find the rooms spacious, and many have enjoyed the well-stocked refreshment tray that includes various coffees, teas, and biscuits; some rooms even feature a Dyson fan. The full English breakfast, often enjoyed outside, also gets positive mentions. While some guests have noted minor cosmetic issues like peeling wallpaper or staining on bed sheets, the overall experience is generally considered a good value, especially given the proximity to local attractions.

Really good Stay in Historic Setting

refreshment traycoordinated wallpapercomfortable bedpeeling wallpaper
The provided refreshment tray was fabulous, with a kettle, various coffees, teas, and biscuits. I found the coordinated wallpaper and mugs to be a lovely touch! A fan was available in the room, which proved useful. The bed ensured I had a great night's sleep. It was very comfortable.
I noticed some minor issues . Peeling wallpaper and a shower door that didn't fully shut need attention. The window did not include a safety catch. These repairs would enhance the experience.

The building overlooks the market place, and it offers great views for the guests, I noted this central placement provides immediate access to local attractions. The hotel is situated conveniently, and it is ideal for exploring the area.

Breakfast is a menu, not a buffet, and it offers a more personalised dining experience. I was admiring the chef who perfectly cooked the eggs on the eggs benedict. The steak and ale pie was delicious!
